Important:
Make sure that your date of birth & surname is entered completely and correctly when you register. For the recognition of the exam and to be able to issue the certificate (if passed), it is essential that this information is entered completely and correctly. The information you have entered must match the information on your ID. If this information is incorrect or missing, the examiner has the right to refuse you access to the exam. If the examiner allows you, the ECABO umbrella body has the right not to recognize the exam. You must have an original and unexpired passport, Dutch driving license or European ID card with you to identify yourself. If you do not have original and valid identification with you, you will not be admitted to the exam. You will not be refunded.
Identification:
You must have your original and valid Passport or ID to identify yourself with. Foreign (not Dutch) drivers licenses are not allowed. If you fail to show the original Passport/ID you will be denied further access to the VCA exam. You will not receive a refund.
